Delivery Times

Domestic orders ship within 3-5 business days. International orders ship within 7-14 business days. All orders are sent via tracked courier. You will receive a tracking number once your order leaves the archive.

Shipping Costs

Domestic shipping: flat rate. International shipping: calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Free domestic shipping on orders over a threshold that will be displayed at checkout.

Packaging

All garments are packed in archival-grade materials. No plastic. Void-black tissue, reinforced cardboard, and a wax-sealed certificate of authenticity. The unboxing is part of the experience.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Contact signal@deadlinkstudios.com to initiate a return. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Lost Packages

If a tracked package goes missing in transit, we will open an investigation with the courier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund at our discretion.
